I like the maintenance and service but consistent issue with fire alarm is always the problem. Also there are many cars entering through the gate, tailgating me without tags but there is no regulation about it. I receive an email about towing but I haven’t seen a single car getting towed even though I know for fact that there are cars parked there illegally without parking tags. The leasing office should be more strict on things like this, especially for the rent I pay.

I am reaching out to bring to your attention an experience I had during my recent visit to Terrace on January 31st.From the moment I arrived, I felt that Lisa’s demeanor was unprofessional. Her behavior came across as overly aggressive, and I was particularly uncomfortable with the way she interacted with my husband. Additionally, I found her attire to be inappropriate for a professional setting, as it was revealing and not in line with the level of professionalism I would expect in a customer-facing role.As someone who also works in sales, I understand the importance of making a positive impression and maintaining professionalism when engaging with clients. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with those expectations, and I believe it could negatively impact potential customers’ perception of your business.I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed appropriately. Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, early morning hours and are a Nussance. Engineers are rude and disrespectful. I can’t stand living here anymore. I do not recommend living here to anyone.
