Rent is a bit pricey. The amenities are certainly good but not sure if the rent reflects that. Cleanliness could certainly be better but that might be more with tene.

Tour was informative and everything in terms of the application process and amenities were explained.

I like the maintenance and service but consistent issue with fire alarm is always the problem. Also there are many cars entering through the gate, tailgating me without tags but there is no regulation about it. I receive an email about towing but I haven’t seen a single car getting towed even though I know for fact that there are cars parked there illegally without parking tags. The leasing office should be more strict on things like this, especially for the rent I pay.
