I like the maintenance and service but consistent issue with fire alarm is always the problem. Also there are many cars entering through the gate, tailgating me without tags but there is no regulation about it. I receive an email about towing but I haven’t seen a single car getting towed even though I know for fact that there are cars parked there illegally without parking tags. The leasing office should be more strict on things like this, especially for the rent I pay.

Something needs to be done in regards to the safety of the building and cars… 2 cars have been broken into in less than 6 months.

Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, early morning hours and are a Nussance. Engineers are rude and disrespectful. I can’t stand living here anymore. I do not recommend living here to anyone.
