Add surveillance system in parking lot and hallways… especially the first floor. Close the gate in the parking garage on the first floor. It’s too easy for anyone to come in if the security is doing his rounds.

One suggestion I'd like to make is for us to have a bulletin board (physical or online) where people can advertise or seek services, like dog walking, babysitting, etc.

The parking garage gate towards the dog walk area breaks a lot of the time. Sometimes the elevators will stop working.
