Please monitor trash rooms. Tenants tend to just throw their trash on the floor rather than putting it inside the chute.

I was shown a Studio and 1 bedroom as requested. I asked to see other 2 bedrooms but was told that the one I was shown was the best (2047). I asked to move forward asap to secure it. The portal was not easy to navigate to upload my paystubs & statements. I called for help but was told my representative was not in and nobody else could help. I understand the IT outage but after multiple attempts to reach him, I failed to speak with him. He then leaves a message that the unit I interested has an application and I need to consider another unit that I did not view. I called him back after this message promptly only to leave another for him (4th one). No response still and I was hoping to move in right away.
