I LOVE mychart, I always get a quick response to a question or request.

my Chrome browser couldn't access the camera and microphone, and the instructions from the app on how to fix weren't helpful. I think a trial run beforehand with a staff member would have been worth the trouble, rather than trying to fix the problem while Dr. Everhart was on the line. In the end, we just used the phone.
