Yes, I got a knock on my door and as I opened it I saw a man with just a heb trucker hat and no uniform that represented that he was the maintenance man. So I asked him “may I help u?” And he mumbled where I couldn’t hear and I asked him if he’s here for the work order and he said “GOD DAMN YESS” and I just was suprised and felt like he was being rude and upon entry into my apartment he said for me to turn on the light in a demanding manner without asking please. The whole time he was here he was just being rude. It was a unpleasant interaction
