If specific dates are requested in the maintenance ticket, those should be abided by. There have been 2 different non emergency routine services that I’ve requested, and I asked for specific days because of work and other personal reasons. Both times maintenance came earlier than the requested days which caused severe interruptions to my work days. When I asked that the dates requested please be acknowledged, the interaction got a little tense.

Yes, despite being a Holiday time, Ryan responded quickly. Jose, who was on-call, yet had the Flu, dispatched Derrick from Bridgewater to come and unplug our bathroom sink, which was thoroughly stopped up. Derrick had to do a little extra work, but he was very gracious, accommodating and professional. Patricia and I really appreciate all three men's extra efforts. -- Rich Byrne, #312
