Excellent work

My experience has been amazing. I am so comfortable here. The staff and maintenance crew have been phenomenal. I love my apt.

Very clean, welcoming and safe. I enjoy my apartment and the amenities. Not too mention the staff. They do a excellent job with the upkeep of the building and making the tenants happy

Every mainence issue I have is resolved quickly and all of the mainence team is very kind

So far everyone has been very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be how far the loading dock is from the freight elevators making moving very difficult. Also, my shower door needs to be adjusted so water keeps leaking onto the floor. Maintenance did respond very quickly and tried to resolve the issue but It didn’t not solve the problem. I also had a leak under my kitchen sink after only being there for 2 days. The issue was promptly resolved which I was pleased about.
