Every mainence issue I have is resolved quickly and all of the mainence team is very kind

So far everyone has been very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be how far the loading dock is from the freight elevators making moving very difficult. Also, my shower door needs to be adjusted so water keeps leaking onto the floor. Maintenance did respond very quickly and tried to resolve the issue but It didn’t not solve the problem. I also had a leak under my kitchen sink after only being there for 2 days. The issue was promptly resolved which I was pleased about.

It has been very professional & comfortable. Staff has been welcoming and pleasant.

Quick and efficient

I enjoy living at the Alcott and the concierges are great. Especially Drew and Anthony. My biggest problem is I have a maintenance issue that cannot seem to get resolved. I had maintenance workers in my place numerous times and the is never fixed.

It has been great

The maintenance request process is simple and easy to follow. The only thing I would add, is a “urgency” field, so maintenance staff can understand when we would like something fixed. I had to call the concierge since I was having issues with the laundry machine and it was fairly urgent / a potential leak or fire hazard.
