So far everyone has been very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be how far the loading dock is from the freight elevators making moving very difficult. Also, my shower door needs to be adjusted so water keeps leaking onto the floor. Maintenance did respond very quickly and tried to resolve the issue but It didn’t not solve the problem. I also had a leak under my kitchen sink after only being there for 2 days. The issue was promptly resolved which I was pleased about.

I recently moved into Alcot and want to start by saying the building itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of great features. The staff has been nothing short of amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from day one. In terms of design and management, this place is an A+. That said, my experience with the community environment has been more complicated. I was hoping for a quieter, more conservative atmosphere, but I've encountered several instances that have made it difficult to enjoy the amenities. From loud parties with DJs in the lounge to disruptive behavior at the pool—including diving, large gatherings, and unsupervised children—it’s been challenging to find the peaceful experience I was expecting. While I still believe Alcot has a lot of potential, I hope management will continue to address resident behavior so that all tenants can enjoy the beautiful amenities in a respectful way. I’m staying optimistic and would love to see more enforcement of community standards in the near future.
