I recently moved into Alcot and want to start by saying the building itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and full of great features. The staff has been nothing short of amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from day one. In terms of design and management, this place is an A+.That said, my experience with the community environment has been more complicated. I was hoping for a quieter, more conservative atmosphere, but I've encountered several instances that have made it difficult to enjoy the amenities. From loud parties with DJs in the lounge to disruptive behavior at the pool—including diving, large gatherings, and unsupervised children—it’s been challenging to find the peaceful experience I was expecting.While I still believe Alcot has a lot of potential, I hope management will continue to address resident behavior so that all tenants can enjoy the beautiful amenities in a respectful way. I’m staying optimistic and would love to see more enforcement of community standards in the near future.
