The 3 gentlemen that helped me with my issue were promt and curtious. They installed the updates I needed. The issue I had with Revit crashing when I opened a file took a while to resolve but, they were eventually successful. It turned out to be a 3rd party software [Keynote Manager] that was causing the program to crash. Disabling the 3rd party software allowed Revit to open without incident.

I got in to the office this morning and tried to log on to the net extender to start work. I couldn't log on so I called into AME they remote'd in and had me back in business in no time.
