The 3 gentlemen that helped me with my issue were promt and curtious. They installed the updates I needed. The issue I had with Revit crashing when I opened a file took a while to resolve but, they were eventually successful. It turned out to be a 3rd party software [Keynote Manager] that was causing the program to crash. Disabling the 3rd party software allowed Revit to open without incident.

Annoying Outlook & Windows app failures after a server operating system upgrade.The AME techs worked through patiently and offered a bolt on solution when the Windows app was no longer viable.

Kane came by because my new computer wasnt working with my printer. He checked a few things and then a short time later he had it working.
