I spoke with Steve (in kentucky) and he walked me throw changing my microsoft (email) password.He was very nice and professional and it only took a few minutes.

Rob Ehrlich was able to figure out what was going on, identified that filtering and blocking was going on at the firewall and got it sorted out and unblocked so email would work again.

Our business power went out. All of our equipment came back on except internet services.Max contacted our carrier for a reset for us. We were back running quickly. AME always therewhen called upon. Really appreciate what they do for us to run smoothly !
