I sent in an IT ticket that Superior Office Products would be delivering the warehouse printer the next day. By that evening Matthew Skipper had already emailed that he had plans already to be on site that day and would swing by the warehouse and help set the printer up. Yesterday around 3pm on 01/14, Paul Martinez of AME contacted me by phone, said he was going to stay in touch with me throughout this process until my issue was fixed. When he saw that I was able to get successfully hooked up with VPN using my new cell phone's hot spot, and that I was able to access our company O: drive, we then ended our phone conversation. Paul was very cordial and patient throughout the entire process of troubleshooting. AME tech Matthew Skipper was also involved in the process and sent me an email the same evening saying they were working on getting my issue fixed. Thanks to both, I am very grateful for the help!
