It took a little while to get the cable run by our maintenance, but once that was done AME did a great job in getting it up and running. Matthew Skipper was good.

I submitted a ticket around 2:45 on a Wednesday. I thought for sure someone would contact me that day before COB but nope, I had to call at 8:30 the next morning to get an update on my ticket. The first person they transferred me to said oh, I see Orsen (sp?) took your ticket. He didn't call you? No, he sure didn't. So, he said being that he took the ticket and he's not busy I'm going to transfer you to him. After 30 minutes of being on the phone with Orsen (sp?), he took care of my issue. Just would have been nice if it was done the day before, in my opinion. Orsen (sp?) was pleasant and did a great job fixing my issue though.
