I had 2 experiences over the phone, everyone was very friendly however finding the root cause of my issues seemed to dumbfound my technicians. The first call was due to my outlook not allowing me to type in the message part of an email. We spent 10 minutes with a screen share and came to the conclusion to restart. After I restarted for some reason my 3 monitor set up had issues coming back online. So I called back and was on hold for about 4 minutes before getting assistance. Then after working with the individual for a few minutes my local IT individual came over and offered a solution and began to troubleshoot.Again everyone was very nice but they did not feel sure of themselves or what direction to begin in assessing my needs.

It was due to my forgetting my password after some time off, and I needed it reset. Tyler was friendly and was able to get me back online quickly.

I wanted to click technician and ticket system. I never received confirmation of my ticket so I didn't know how to follow-up. When I did hear from a Tech, I could tell they were googling how to view a video which I could have done myself, and did, and then they weren't able to assist. I understand it was a security camera, tricky stuff, but I think I was on the phone a total of two hours at least, with no result.

I was unable to use the internet when I logged on to my VPN. Problem was solved quickly after I called for support.
