It was frustrating that it took so many attempts and so much time to get the problem resolved. However, no matter how long they worked on it, the staff was always polite, confident they could get it fixed and showed no frustration. And when they couldn't get something resolved, they reached out to others to get input or resolution. They also called to work on it timely each time I reached out to them with this issue.

Guys fixed my scanner not being able to connect to my PC and the fact that my PC wouldn't connect to the internet/network. Took a couple days to diagnose the problem, but we finally got me back to work.
