Overall, the tech was very knowledgable. She got my problem fixed and followed up with me via email to make sure what she did fixed me. However, she could have been a bit nicer. She was very condesending when we spoke.

had a connection issue from my computer to our cnc computer and was able to get a hold of Aaron Nitz very easily. He linked into my computer and rightly surmised it probably needed a restart and the connection would come back. He was right and then checked in later to make sure everytyhing went well. Very thankful for his diligence.

Submitted a ticket to help log when internet speed is slow and students are unable to use chrome books in the the classroom. The problem is currently resolved. I will continue to submit a ticket if the issue occurs again.

Ticket was submitted early morning of 1/14. On Thursday 1/15 we reached out asking for an update as no contact had been received from AME. We received no response. We reached out again on Monday 1/19 via phone. Caleb answered and took the ticket through to completion. (Thank you for this Caleb!)The lack of response from AME on this ticket was not appreciated as it directly impacted the customer experience on our side. (We had a salesman in the field unable to access the tools he needed for a client visit.)
