I was working with AJ on adding my geoConvergence email to my iPhone. I can't use the Outlook app because another organization email uses my Outlook app and I'm not able to add a different email domain. AJ was helping me but we encountered a message that said it required Admin Approval. He told me he would reach out to the Admin. A week later, AJ called me to follow up on my ticket. I asked him if he had reached out to the Admin and he said, no. I was shocked and disappointed.
