Alex is awesome! Efficient and excellent problem solving!

Our office has made some staffing changes and has switched phones around over the past few months. The front desk phone had glitched and Alex was able to fix it...it spontaneously glitched again and he came in and dove deeper into the issue and was able to find the problem once and for all. He's a joy to work with, always friendly and very knowledgeable, and then checks to see if anyone else is having any issues before he leaves. I always know we're in good hands when Alex walks through the door!

Anytime we have an issue AME is prompt about getting a technician out to us and they also guide us in what products to purchase that work the best for our needs.
