The issue still isn't resolved - it has been going on for months - but Alex has been awesome about digging deeper into it, explaining to me his theories of what he is testing and why, and has remained committed to following up each time a new little weird wrench is thrown into my technological plans. AME has been really quick to respond each time I submit a revised ticket, and I am sure that we will figure it out!
