The issue still isn't resolved - it has been going on for months - but Alex has been awesome about digging deeper into it, explaining to me his theories of what he is testing and why, and has remained committed to following up each time a new little weird wrench is thrown into my technological plans. AME has been really quick to respond each time I submit a revised ticket, and I am sure that we will figure it out!

I have been waiting for two weeks, and my issue has still not been resolved. I have received no direct communication from anyone about the issue during that time. I am unable to do my work and now have work that I am responsible for that is late. This is causing a large issue not only for myself but for my office. I received notification that my ticket has been closed but my issue has not been resolved.

As always, my concerns were addressed and resolved very quickly!
