Sent email request in the early AM to helpdesk and never received a response. Followed up via phone call later in the day with the issues of emails being bounced back to me and was advised to reach out to customers to change settings on their end. Not really acceptable that our customers can't receive our emails and for them to update it on their end. Brought to the attention of our internal IT and they were able to fix the issue.
