My issue was fixed and great customer service.

Put in a ticket that my email was not working. Tech said that they called but no one ever call the store and asked for me. So what did they do.....send an email telling me that they had called but was not able to get ahold of me. The only reason I saw that email is because I was still getting them on my phone. Then this week another employee put in a ticket for the same issue and the same thing happened only she does not get her email on her phone. And she is the lady that answers the phone lines here and they never called when they said that they did.
