The response timing weas excellent. The description of the solution seemed straight forward. that was all good. The Duo app seemed to load into the phone acceptably. But my push notifications are still going to my personal cell phone instead of my work phone. I am trying a few things as I go along. But as of now, I still do not get my notifications on my work phone.

Tyler was very quick to respond to my ticket, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, he was not able to update my scanner software, as the security system would not allow him to do it at the administrator's level. He did go out on the Internet and searched for an update that the Epson software had indicated to me was ready to install, but could not find any new updates. So I got a message that there was software to be updated but could not get it installed. Tyler said if he figured out a way to get it done, he would come back to me. I guess it was not a resolvable issue.

Tyler supported me with preparing for a training by the State to the EI team. Tyler set up the power point and also provided support on how to access both laptops for a virtual meeting using the OWL camera.Thanks Tyler!
