Jordan was very timely in jumping in to help me. In addition, he was very thorough and instead of just focusing on one pin-point of a problem as it was described, he backed out and looked at the overall environment to see if there could be other issues and we did a review of the entire security assignments in ContentVerse. I appreciate his approach to customer service.

I appreciate Trevor's willingness to dig in and solve the issues I was having. Previously I was led to believe that the quarantine was the issue and I would just have to deal with the new process but Trevor did not stop until he solved the problem.

Quick response, kind and knowledgeable staff, took care of what I needed to prepare a laptop for a new user and did some quick housekeeping as well to make sure it was running optimally.

Jordan is just so awesome! He is always very timely. If he can, he actually stops by in person to make sure he fully understands my question/need, or to let me know an issue is resolved and what the issue was. While remote servicing also works (and he does this as well when warranted), I REALLY appreciate the level of customer service he provides!
