My main job is working in content verse. The system was down on Friday to complete a merger. As of this morning 8/18/25 I am still unable to get into content verse and am VERY backed up with my work. I don't feel they are making it enough of a priority. I do 95% of my work in content verse. The last error I got stated there were no more License seat to get access. The IT guy came down at 2pm and was going to fix this. I never heard anything back and now Monday morning still same error.

Caden came right away to help me out. After a couple minutes of searching, he was able to find the missing email for me. I always appreciate his assistance.
