Very prompt, very helpful!

The technician, Brant, who helped me with this issue was very professional and courteous. He tried multiple things to help me with this issue and went so far as to contact Microsoft. Even though, Microsoft was aware of the issue there was no fix for my issue. Brant was exceptional.

Due to the installation of a new phone system we were experience errors with the fax. Charlie researched the issue and resolved.

My Outlook/Email would not open correctly. Caden addressed it quickly and worked on a resolution.
