Roche requested that an IT person be present for the call. Turns out, it was more of a sales pitch than a review of IT requirements for the new chemistry analyzer. I appreciate your patience during the 45-minute call, when only a 2-minute conversation was all that would have been needed. Sorry we wasted your time.

The very pleasant technician tried several different things to correct the problem. When nothing worked, he escalated the issue.
