Nicole Bowen is still not able to log in from home on the new laptopLisa Oglesbee had several issues that took a few days to get resolved. No access to faxes, no access to the ssa@blanchardvalley email account, label maker not connected, issues with scanner for CV and no desktop files were available. (everything has been resolved)

Could not find the bookmark and Charlie came over and fixed everything. He was busy when I call and he answered and told me he would get right back with me and he did.

I was unable to connect to the domain. I reached out to AME first thing in the morning, and the technician was unable to resolve the issue over the phone. He stated that he would be sending a technician to my location to fix the computer problem. I was unable to use the computer for the rest of the day. This impacted my entire ability to complete documentation as we had no additional computers set up with applicable programs. I showed up to work the next day to find out that the problem still was not resolved and I was unable to use my computer that morning. We reached out to AME again to see why a technician did not show up the day before. The person appeared to make excuses over the phone to why the problem was not resolved. The problem was later able to be fixed over remotely.
