When it comes to complex regulatory reporting that dives deep into technical computer language—well outside my area of expertise—it’s a huge relief to be able to say, “We’ve got a guy who knows.”Tyler from The AME Group has been that guy. He’s an outstanding resource: knowledgeable, responsive, and, most importantly, able to walk me through the process without drowning me in IT jargon I have zero interest in learning.It’s rare to find tech support that’s both effective and easy to work with. I recently moved my desk to the opposite wall, which required Tyler to relocate my phone, computer, scanner, and monitors. The new wall didn’t have a phone jack, so Tyler ran a cord around the room and made it exceptionally tidy by enclosing it with a wall cover. He consistently does great work, and what I appreciate most is his attention to detail—he always makes sure every cord is cleanly managed and organized.

The technician, Brant, who helped me with this issue was very professional and courteous. He tried multiple things to help me with this issue and went so far as to contact Microsoft. Even though, Microsoft was aware of the issue there was no fix for my issue. Brant was exceptional.
