I called with a very time sensitive problem. Students were trying to log on to take their AP test. They work all year for a 2-3 hour test window. For some reason, several of the students were not able to log onto the server. I called AME for help. I got transferred from person to person to person. "This is important...I will transfer you to so-and-so". "This is important...I will elevate this to so and so..." on and on and on. Not resolved in a timely manner. We had to utilize a personal phone hotspot to log people on.It was not until over 24 hours later that the technician was able to identify and fix the problem.The timely fix was a fail.

The incident was promptly acknowledged. The support team contacted us to gather additional information regarding the timing of the incident and any recent changes in our environment. They proceeded to address the issue and worked toward resolution as quickly as possible.

Azalea program was not communicating with Volpara - loss of communication makes it difficult to complete ordinary tasks and delays workflow- Steve was able to locate problem and promptly resolve issue. Thank you!

After a previous call with AME to get Forti Client updated. I tried to connect to the VPN from home this past weekend and discovered that it was not working. So Monday morning at aprox. 3:15 am, I turned in a ticket stating that my VPN was not working. I did not receive a call on this until Tuesday morning at 8:53 am. The technician quickly discovered that a port was set to an incorrect value and entered the correct value. He instructed me on testing this connection and all seemed to work correctly now.

Tech showed up checked out the Router determined it needed reset tested the internetto verify it came backdid a good job.Chris
