The AME Group is amazing. Dylan goes above and beyond every time, fixing or researching issues that 90% of the time ends up being another vendors problem. Any issue we do have with AME are resolved quickly. Joe is always on top of our contracts and is so helpful.Keep up the great work!

I called with a very time sensitive problem. Students were trying to log on to take their AP test. They work all year for a 2-3 hour test window. For some reason, several of the students were not able to log onto the server. I called AME for help. I got transferred from person to person to person. "This is important...I will transfer you to so-and-so". "This is important...I will elevate this to so and so..." on and on and on. Not resolved in a timely manner. We had to utilize a personal phone hotspot to log people on.It was not until over 24 hours later that the technician was able to identify and fix the problem.The timely fix was a fail.

The incident was promptly acknowledged. The support team contacted us to gather additional information regarding the timing of the incident and any recent changes in our environment. They proceeded to address the issue and worked toward resolution as quickly as possible.
