I had what turned out to be a tricky issue with connectivity between my laptop at home and the server at my office. Response by AME was incredibly prompt. Three different people had to work the problem, which is fine in my book. Finally, Loren Overby solved the issue. He did so relatively quickly, with patience and humor. Got me up and running.
