I need someone to contact me regarding setting up the "F" drive and no one has done that. Brendan canceled my ticket and told me that someone would contact me, but no one has.

Everyone on the AME team is just stellar! I don't know how you found all those excellent people, but do whatever you can to keep them! Joe, Dylan, Allen, Jeremy...go above and beyond anytime we ask anything of them. They solve other vendors issues that have nothing to do with AME, but the other vendor swears it not them. Once it is discovered that it is the other vendors issue, AME works with them to get it corrected without a complaint and keeps us involved in every step.
