Lauren was quick to allow admin permission to load the 3D Mouse software. I was disappointed the performance settings weren't able to be changed. I don't think that's a reflection of Lauren or her expertise.

It took nearly an hour to get to the point that the tech knew what actually needed to be done, which took about five minutes, so it was a waste of a lot of time.

Lauren was great, took a bit to get me back in but she worked at it until I was able to get back into my email account. She even emailed me later to make sure that it was still working. Great Job Lauren, thank you!

I was having issues with a customer hearing me on the phone. Our phone system then went down completely. The Tech was not sure what caused the issues, but it got resolved.
