We reached out for assistance when our website experienced downtime. Unfortunately, our initial inquiry received an inadequate response. As a result, we engaged a different provider, who was able to resolve the issue within a few hours and subsequently informed you of the necessary fix. This situation compelled us to seek external support and incur additional costs for a service that we already pay you to provide. We are disappointed with how this matter was handled.
