My ticket was combined with another person and got closed out when they fixed the other persons problem. I waited 2 hours for my call back and eventually called a second time to get put back on the list for a call back. Once I got the call back I was helped quickly though.

Something that should have taken a half hour or less on AME’s end (access to a site), ended up taking 5-6 hours to get a resolution which resulted in me having to stay over 2.5 hours. The first tech, Aaron N. I believe, called 3 times at least to tell me it should work now and should be whitelisted however each time it did NOT work and he would then tell me he would expedite it, again. I was even telling him things I noticed to help him pinpoint the issue but it was apparent he was not listening. It got to the point that I was googling myself how to resolve the issue. Eventually my ticket was sent to tech, Brandon Cripes who actually listened to me and said the info I was giving him was good to know and made sense-I told him I previously told the tech before him but it was not passed on. Brandon took his time while on the phone with me until the issue was resolved. It only took one call and maybe 30 minutes tops from him and I was back in business. He was friendly, respectful, and I trusted he knew what he was doing. This was overall an awful experience that AME seemed to have no care or concern for (I told them from the beginning it was extremely important to get up and running ASAP as I needed the website to submit items for Court certification and that was the last day I was working this year and he had to be done that day!) So until Brandon, I would give my experience a 1. My experience with Brandon though I would give it a 5. I just wish it wouldn’t have taken 5 hours of useless time and calls before I even got to speak to Brandon.
