I needed help clearing up space on the PC for the control room for the new windows 11 update. Both staff members assisted me through this task. They both did an excellent job assisting me with this endeavor.

I called because we had been locked out of a computer. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with Lauren who was unable to get me back in and had to escalate the issue. When I asked if she could just reset the password she stated she was unable to find it on the server. That is concerning as it should be on the server. I informed her of the urgency of our getting back into the computer. It took another 30 minutes before the next technician called. By then I was able to get into the computer on my own. I had not been told that if I just wait 30 minutes I could try again successfully. I discussed my concerns with Alex who is the second technician I spoke with.
