We had to contact our XSoft rep. I put my ticket in on Monday and didn't get a response until Tuesday which would have had me unable to work any of the day on Monday

The gentleman were great and it was a temporary fix. This morning when I started my system up the message is back on the Microsoft applications. I am not sure why but need to find a fix to this issue.

The backup process did not initially go well, but your team was willing to try (a couple of times) to make it right. It was also a good learning experience for backing up Datto files.

call number 1690865 has been made and i have not gotten a tech out to have problem fixed and repair this is two long this is not the only repair that i have had this problem with and it is getting old to have to wait and not even get a call on this.
