Ringing in on the computer 3CX instead of the desk phone. Showed no desk phone connected. Ethan Myers figured out that the problem was the phone, although it worked. He rebooted the phone and did firmware updates. Working great now! Thanks Ethan!

Aaron Nits was very helpful finding a work around to I can share a event with staff on my outlook calendar now that outlook took away the drag and drop feature.

The tech that was here did a good job at explaining what he thought was at issue and eliminating some possibilities. Ultimately there was issue with another programs user information and changes to our firewall seems to have resolved the problem. His follow through with me has been appreciated.

Aaron was very helpful in trying to get the Executive Director into the employee's computer, and worked very hard. I felt we needed a field person to come to the site. I appreciate Aaron's expertise, knowledge, and time given to the task.

Branon was fantastic. He was so kind, even met with me on my time earlier than we had planned, so helpful to me, and he was thorough in finding the issue. The reason I couldn't get four clients to work was that my password had expired the day before. I appreciate his time and expertice and professionalism
