Your company needs to work on your response time. Our office put a ticket in on Friday, and we were not contacted by the company at all. I had to send an e-mail to a technician asking for help. This was on Monday. Thereafter, I had to call the support line (again) to get contact further. Also, the support line that has an AI prompter is horrible. Just have a technician answer the phone like in the past. By the way, the matter was resolved on Tuesday. That is just unacceptable.

My issues are not with AME. My computer is seriously messed up. If the new one arrives and can be installed this week AME will be my heroes. I have called in everyday, sometimes more than once, since April 20th. I have talked to 7 different people and all have been very helpful and patient as we work through the various issues that pop up daily.
