I did not have a problem with either technician that called. I feel like you should have an OTHER option. However, one Tech said Catch Phish not working was because Microsoft is glitchy and Catch Phish has been reported numerous times. The other called later and said it is because we do not have that security service. Both were pleasant and helpful. Thanks for the link on my bookmark bar to check my emails. Communication keeps everyone on the same page.
