I had to call in to get the QB update ran on the remote server. I spoke to Trevor who told me he was unsure of all steps, as he was filling in for someone else. I was off the phone in less than 20 minutes. he ran the update, kicked users out as I had already asked them to sign out, and restarted the QB server. We confirmed that QB was accessible to me and would be to others. He was on top of his game, and this was probably the quickest I've been off a call, especially for something like a QB update. Trevor is a valued asset to your company!
