Lori was an unfamiliar voice from the help desk. She was completely unfamiliar with Pioneer but did an excellent job walking me through getting FortiClient and the AME Service Tool working again on my computer. Lori Smith was excellent to work with. Thank you!

Created Support Case with OSC. VPN & Duo setup but would not work. Called & reported VPN wasn't working. Case transferred to service. Logan Padgett messaged me to inquire if Teresa had VPN working. Logan remoted in and got Teresa fixed. I really appreciate Logan getting Teresa's VPN setup properly.

Our office has been told numerous times by Amanda Feavel that we have a certain amount of G3 licenses. When we contacted AME about obtaining the login information for one of the licenses, I was given the run around about obtaining the password. Finally after about 10 minutes I was provided the password to the particular login so we could download Microsoft Suite. When the Judge attempted to download the programs, she received an error. We provided a screenshot of the error by email and was told that apparently that license was only a G1 (we have been paying for a G3 all this time) but that it had been upgraded and it may take a little time for the conversion to take place. This was late afternoon. In order to give the system time to update, we did not attempt it again that day. The next day we were in Court all day and did not attempt the download. I received numerous emails as well as a phone call asking if we were successful in doing the download. I informed the tech that we had not had time and would attempt the download when time allowed. Once the programs were downloaded I replied to an email notifying AME that the ticket could be closed.

appreciated Scott's willingness to come to the building to assist in determining the issue with a door security system. Scott was familiar with the system becasue he assisted with the install when we moved into the building.
