Issue addressed and completed promptly

Randy came in and checked to make sure the microphone and projector were working.

Orson was very nice to work with and he made several attempts to resolve the issue himself before he escalated it. My biggest frustration is that he left me a voicemail and sent me an email to let me know that the problem was resolved, but I couldn't get into anything to see that he had called or emailed. I was at my desk waiting to hear back, so he must've called when I was on the phone with someone else. Another attempted phone call would've been nice.

I needed a shortcut added to my desktop for our previous computer system (my computer had crashed taking with it all of these old "saves"). Will was able to get it installed remotely, quick and easy.

Laurie did an excellent job in record time!Professional, courteous, and timely resolution.

The folks at The AME Group always complete our requests quickly, flawlessly and take those extra steps to make thing happen. Very much appreciated AMEGroup folks! :)
