Trevor Torres was absolutely amazing in helping resolve this issue. He worked with me on the phone and when we couldn't complete the fix, he coordinated with our printer resource to ensure that they could make the changes needed. Trevor went above and beyond and people like him are why I am glad that we made the switch to AME.

I have no indication that anything has been done or resolved besides the ticket being closed after reportedly being sent to engineers. The problem continues to exist.

I put in a ticket at 8:45 a.m. and I did not hear from anyone. So around sometime in the afternoon I made a call. I did talk with someone about what happened and he helped me try to get some resolutions. I have never had that happen before. After this experience I would not give you all a very high rating. I am supposed to be working and I am waiting most of the day on a call.

The AI was very difficult to work with. It took a very long time to get it to understand what I needed. It did not escalate my issue and I had to call again the next day.
