I have called 3 times since Monday 12.15 and today is 12.19. Our problem has been escalated twice. I've emailed, sent portal requests with screen shots, talked to multiple people and I keep getting emails that I need to make sure my passwords match in Nextech and Trizetto. I have already told multiple people that the passwords do match and have been checked by both Trizetto and Nextech. Our payment posting is being manually posted, our verifications aren't working and our billing is getting errors. I sent screen shots and details in the portal and gave details over the phone to be escalated. We are needing this to be resolved as soon as possible with this being end of month and end of year.

I put in a ticket to have the display name for a user updated and it was completed without further instruction needed in a timely manner and I can see the change has taken effect.
