One of my extra monitors was flashing of and on. He asked me to check the connection at the wall. I checked all of the connections and the problem stopped!

I did have to wait for 2 full days before anyone contacted me about my problem. Once Randy, our onsite Ame person heard about it, he contacted me and worked out my problem.

I called to get the spelling corrected on my employees Teams account. It was very quick and easy. the IT employee knew exactly what he was doing and I appreciated that.

My last communication about the issue was that it was being escalated to the next level. I'm not sure when the issue was worked on or who did it, but I'm no longer getting the "location" notification when I open Word documents. So kudos and thanks to the person who figured it out and made the change!

My U drive connect had been lost. I called AME & spoke to Craig and he was very helpful and was able to add the drive back on.
