I was having trouble accessing Paylocity...one device was able to log in, but when I tried to use a link that had been emailed to me, I was not able to log in.

Rob was able to diagnose the problem, uninstall and reinstall the program so that it now works. He also found an old version of Windows that had been copied over when I upgraded to Windows 11. He set up a disk clean-up to take care of that and release additional storage space on my system.
