Appreciate the follow ups and effort. Nick was told it would be 45 minutes to fix. This seems odd to me since Tyler fixed the issue before in less than two minutes per laptop. Issue not resolved; however, Nick is busy and does not want to deal with it since he was told 45 minutes to fix.

Randy figured out the solution to our texting issue, and they came back to explain what he did and how we could manage this application ourselves.

The team, no matter who, have always been helpful, especially lately with the problems I have been having. They are friendly, helpful and get the job completed. Now if we could figure out why I'm having problems, that would be great.

Randy was quick to respond and very helpful. He came up with a solution that will benefit all of us in the office experiencing issues. Thank you Randy!
