I had an issue with Sureprep that no one in our office could figure out. For whatever reason, Sureprep wasn't working correctly and when we tried to install the update, it was being blocked, but no one could seem to unblock it. We even had Sureprep help involved. Tyler finally figured out how to make it work!

On Sunday morning my phone and computer were down. All connections were okay as far as I knew. So, I was told that if we were not able to find the problem you could come out on site on Monday. Andy Rodriguez who goes to church here looked into the problem and found out that the phone was the problem. He unplugged it and plugged it back in and all was good. I guess our phone goes through the internet. I am not sure you guys were aware of that. So, I called you when I was back in the office to let you know we had found the problem. Thanks for your help.

The tech that answered the phone was unable to do an update, that previously has been handled over the phone by technicians. She very quickly escalated the issue without trying to do the update. Randy (our onsite person) has been swamped, so he did not need an additional task that could have been resolved by a tech remoting in.I had the same tech on the phone this afternoon when I called for a different matter - unable to print. She attempted to look at the problem, and deleted my printer but was unable to reinstall the printer. It was clear that she did not know what she was doing, when working with our system.Randy is excellent, the young woman on the phone not great.
