Ethan did a good job resetting the password and installing Sage; however, he did not confirm Sage opened and worked. I ended up having to install the application update and payroll updates.

Randy was very helpful; we did not know much about the program and didn't feel very comfortable. The Ring Central Program has not been very user friendly for us. He did work with us for a very long time. Nothing against Randy, but we are not sure that it is even working??
