I had several issues to resolve and Randy was great to work with as always! His attention to detail and getting to the root of the problem instead of just treating the immediate issue is top notch. He's always so friendly and helpful and checks to be sure everything is working the way I need it before he closes the ticket.

I have called 3 times since Monday 12.15 and today is 12.19. Our problem has been escalated twice. I've emailed, sent portal requests with screen shots, talked to multiple people and I keep getting emails that I need to make sure my passwords match in Nextech and Trizetto. I have already told multiple people that the passwords do match and have been checked by both Trizetto and Nextech. Our payment posting is being manually posted, our verifications aren't working and our billing is getting errors. I sent screen shots and details in the portal and gave details over the phone to be escalated. We are needing this to be resolved as soon as possible with this being end of month and end of year.
