Caleb is one of my favorite techs on the team. When he answers the phone I know I'm in good hands. He was able to immediately resolve my problem within minutes of me explaining the situation (as usual).

Rob was able to diagnose the problem, uninstall and reinstall the program so that it now works. He also found an old version of Windows that had been copied over when I upgraded to Windows 11. He set up a disk clean-up to take care of that and release additional storage space on my system.
